7.1 KM !!!
All i can do for the time being is 7.1KM!!!!
Not bad =P

I didn't time myself because i'm aiming for the 10KM mark..
im pretty much unfit these days.. with only 2 days in a week of exercise.. meaning football only..
i used to play football three times a week.. with squash and running every other days.. so nearly everyday i exercised.. its not good really because you need to rest for the muscles to rest and grow but i cant stand lying around at 4pm.. i just gotta exercise you know.. im not sure but am I an exercise-holic??? is dat even a word~?? hehehe =P hmmm...

Nway, when i was running the other day.. ada chia keta ani melintaaaassss~

Went to the RBA Rush Hour Competition sama Daus.. too bad kalah =P cuz we were stuck at that one checkpoint..
they asked whats the 11 airlines that affiliates with Abacus company?
atu... main hantaaaaam!!! =D hahahaha
theres this one part time we were guessing apa airlines di hongkong..
hongkong air hongkong airline hongkong united hongkong FC ( football club) hongkong sky.. hong..
hong....HING!!! hahaahaha
atu banar salah cakap!! :D
