This headphone is what i used to wear.. this one is the newer version plg.. but mine mcm antah rusak tepulang.. so this one is good for active exercise lah.. n then personal experience, good for running lah..n then this type ada kana bagi secure clip.. baru tah ada!!.. mcm da old one, telapas sja yg sebalah kiri hehe =P
