7.1 KM !!!
All i can do for the time being is 7.1KM!!!!
Not bad =P

I didn't time myself because i'm aiming for the 10KM mark..
im pretty much unfit these days.. with only 2 days in a week of exercise.. meaning football only..
i used to play football three times a week.. with squash and running every other days.. so nearly everyday i exercised.. its not good really because you need to rest for the muscles to rest and grow but i cant stand lying around at 4pm.. i just gotta exercise you know.. im not sure but am I an exercise-holic??? is dat even a word~?? hehehe =P hmmm...

Bahan: (untuk seorang)

1) Air.. ofcourse hehe
2) Satu sudu cincau.. i like mine banyak~
3) Dua sudu susu Ideal Evaporated Milk
4) Beberapa ketul batu ais

Cara:

1) Pre-heat oven at 180 celcius
2) Buka esbok
3) Kuar kan gajah
4) Masukkan Tarzan dalam
5) Tutup oven.. pasal inda jadi pakai
6) Stretch tangan
7) Stretch kaki
8) Tidur kajap
9) Bangun pagi
10) Gosok gigi
11) Buka esbok
12) Tawa kan tarzan pasal ia kesajukan
13) Sediakan semua bahan-bahan
14) CAMPUR SAJA SEMUAAAA!!!
15) Duduk di lantai..pasal gajah bawa meja lari
16) Bawa c tarzan minum
17) ENJOOOOOY!!!

YAAAAHHH!!!! begitu lah caranya jika anda hendak membuat air cincau Daus Style!!

n to Heath Ledger.. one really good actor n i think thats the best joker i had ever seen..

actually i never really thought about good actors or actress.. but my favourite actor is Johnny Depp.. since he starred as Eddie Scissorhands.. my other favourites are Tom Cruise, Brad Pitt, Jack Black and a new one, Heath Ledger.. thats how great he is.. masuk arah my list

Anyway my cousin betunang with this guy from lambak lah... old time boyfriend i think.. n thats not a suprised cuz this guy is waaaaaaay older then her.. n she's still 18-19!!

bila patut ku steam lagi rambut ku ah.. nyaman rasa nyaaaaaa =D

so since we're talking about steaming the hair.. it makes the hair soft, add moisture to the hair strands and stops breakage =) so kirakan makes the hair more healthy.. campur lagi kana massage the head.. nikmaaaaat~ ahahhaha =D

She's back

Aren't things just great the way they were =)
I'm pretty sure people are busy with their own things.. and i'm pretty much getting busy with my own things..
You see.. i still have that running thing to accomplish and i hope i can do it before school re-opens..
I got my room to be painted white on two walls.. know why? cuz my room was "accidentally" painted ruby red!!! Told them to paint it a bit red n the rest white.. not all red!!
Next four days, i got a wedding ceremony to attend to, one reunion, two BBQs and a date =P
Probably i'll tell you how it goes on everything except the date part =D
n i changed the skin for my blog.. i kinda needed it =)

Running, Motivation and Resolution

so im back to my running days..
i can easily go for a 5Km jog at under 30 mins but its still not enough..
my best time and distance was 8.5KM in 45mins-ish~
i didnt really time it well.. cuz my things arent that complete =P
so just for now, i'll stick to that 5km under 30mins for this week..
i'll increase the distance the following week lah..

nway, talking about the running stuff..
i have my dream lists of stuff that i want..
btw, these stuff arent hints for my birthday presents =P haha really!! i wud like to buy it by myself for myself =) so no worries bout that~


nway, I've seen all the techs n specs of the Nike+ gadgets.. n wud have to say im pretty impressed~
so first of all.. i need an Ipod Nano as my companion.. i need music to run =P well i can run without music.. but i'll get bored easily by just hearing my footsteps and car passing by~



Then i need the Nike+ iPod sports kit.. it includes 2 sensors.. one embedded in our shoes n one plugged in to the iPod... this kit records our running time, distance travelled, our pace and how much our calories burned!!! really 2 cool.. so i need this gadget to time me well..

Oh i so love this armband.. as you can see, its a place to put in your ipod.. i rather put the iPod on in my armband rather than at the waist.. n the black colour looks cool enough



N then.. the headphones.. i do love the iPod headphones.. it works well n believe me.. it never fell out of my ears.. but anyway, i love headphones with the hook style.. so i can go with any..



and lastly, the shoe.. this is the Adidas Supernova Cushion 7.. this is the best running shoe that i know and seen that suits my needs.. i wanted comfortability and can last long.. and this shoe offer more than enough.. its really2 comfortable and it has a high mileage..



All of these are necessary for my running to be exciting, comfortable and enjoyable at the same time =)
