7.1 KM !!! All i can do for the time being is 7.1KM!!!!Not bad =PI didn't time myself because i'm aiming for the 10KM mark..im pretty much unfit these days.. with only 2 days in a week of exercise.. meaning football only..i used to play football three times a week.. with squash and running every other days.. so nearly everyday i exercised.. its not good really because you need to rest for the muscles to rest and grow but i cant stand lying around...

Running, Motivation and Resolution

so im back to my running days..i can easily go for a 5Km jog at under 30 mins but its still not enough..my best time and distance was 8.5KM in 45mins-ish~i didnt really time it well.. cuz my things arent that complete =Pso just for now, i'll stick to that 5km under 30mins for this week..i'll increase the distance the following week lah..nway, talking about the running stuff..i have my dream lists of stuff that i want..btw, these stuff arent hints...
